Dear Partners, Sponsors, Families, Friends, and Volunteers,

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent show, “Sounds of Celebration.” The positive feedback from attendees has been overwhelming, and we are grateful for the opportunity to bring Canadian culture and arts to life in such a spectacular way each year.

As we look ahead, we face rising expenses that challenge our ability to continue delivering this exceptional event while being faced with escalating costs of food and beverage, accommodation and static ticket prices. To address this, we are exploring new venue options. We are initiating negotiations with other cities and venues to see if we can find a more cost-effective location for our future shows.

To Our Sponsors and Partners:

Your support has been invaluable, and we are committed to finding a solution that allows us to continue our partnership. We believe that relocating to a more affordable venue will help us maintain the quality of our performances while managing costs. We will keep you updated as negotiations progress.

To Our Families and Friends:

Your enthusiasm and attendance are the heart of our events. We promise to keep you informed about our new venue options and any changes for next year’s show. Stay tuned for updates on where we will gather to celebrate our shared love for music and performance.

To Our Volunteers:

You are the driving force behind the Okanagan Military Tattoo. For over a decade, your dedication has made our shows possible. We hope you will continue to support us at our new venue, and if you cannot, we encourage you to help us connect with others who might be interested in joining our volunteer team.

A Message from Our Executive Producer, Norm Crerar:

“The Okanagan Military Tattoo has always been about community, culture, and celebration. As we navigate these changes, we are confident that with your support, we will continue to create unforgettable experiences. Together, we will find a way to keep the spirit of the Tattoo alive and thriving.”

To Everyone:

If you have any ideas or can assist us in this transition, please reach out. Your input and support are crucial as we navigate this possible change. Contact us at marketing@okanagantattoo.ca
