After a tough two years planning then having to shut down the 2020 and 2021 Tattoo events, we were able to plan and get the 2022 Tattoo completed. It was not easy! Covid has had a real effect on getting folks out of their basements and out into the public once again. As well, some social skills such as being on time, making and sticking to commitments, interacting, etc. seem to have diminished. However, enthusiasm for getting back together and performing once again are in place for the pipe bands, brass and reed bands, higland dancers and everyone one else who came out to perform.
